The Ministry is seeking to put in place a new contract which will support the delivery of English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) Virtual Classroom programme, for a three year period.

This will be in conjunction with developing a new-to-literacy support programme for English language learners in years 7-13.

The intention is for this resource to be made available to the increasing number of schools working with older new-to-literacy students, who are not eligible for the ESOL virtual classroom programme.
