Overview
The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to appoint a panel of Supplier organisations to provide Salesforce solutions and services to the Ministry and the wider Education Sector as described in Section 2 of this RFP.
The Ministry of Education does not require responses from suppliers without:
• proven experience in delivering CRM, Case Management and Business Process Management solutions and services;
• the capability to meet the prerequisites in section 3.2 Pre-conditions
Submissions of smaller companies are welcome.
