The Ministry of Education manages a panel of specialised and expert organisations to deliver Centrally-Funded Professional Learning and Development (PLD) and Digital Technologies | Hangarau Matihiko (DT|HM) curriculum implementation support to schools, kura and Kāhui Ako. The Panel comprises organisations that have demonstrated the ability to manage the delivery of PLD services in a sustainable customer focused manner. In addition to being on the panel, providers must employ accredited facilitators who also have appropriate subject expertise.
Only organisations that are part of the panel will be eligible to deliver PLD and DT|HM. Services can be delivered through the existing mechanism (outlined in the Panel Agreement in the pack available on request) or prospective providers can suggest other delivery mechanisms.
Providers were awarded to the panel in:
• 2016, GETS reference 17730654 published 27th July 2016
• 2017, GETS reference 18962738 published 28th August 2017
Going forward the Ministry intends to hold two intakes each year for potential providers to submit proposals for consideration.

Existing panel members do not need to reapply and may contact the Ministry directly through the Contract Manager to propose new delivery mechanisms.
