The Ministry seeks to appoint organisations or a consortium to provide services to deliver a successful nationwide public consultation of the NCEA Review discussion document.
Organisations need to be able to innovatively design and successfully implement a consultation approach to a diverse range of audiences across New Zealand in a number of mediums and settings. Collect, evaluate and report user response data from all consultation platforms.
