The Student Information Sharing Initiative (SISI) is seeking to procure a software platform incorporating an information repository and standards-based web APIs for transfer of learner information, currently held variously in source applications, across the education system. The Ministry’s preference is for a proven, public cloud Software as a Service (SaaS) solution, however we will consider, on a case by case basis, proposals with some level of bespoke work on a pre-existing Platform as a Service (PaaS) or combination of PaaS and SaaS solutions.
