The purpose of this notice is to alert interested Main Construction suppliers about an upcoming tender opportunity that the Ministry of Education (“the Ministry”) intends to release in early 2017.
As part of the upcoming procurement process the Ministry will be conducting market engagement sessions, it is anticipated that the market engagement sessions will take place in February 2017.
The Ministry is seeking suppliers that can deliver building and construction services across a range of capital works projects. Types of projects that are in scope of the Directory include:
• New Schools
• School rebuilds
• Building improvements / refurbishments
• Remediating weather-tightness issues
• Earthquake strengthening
• Roll growth demands
• Demolition
• Internal fit out
• Services, Hardstands and Civil works
