The Ministry needs to select a Contractor for the Sectional Hard Fit-out (SHF) of its new office premises at 9 Hobson Avenue, Kerikeri.
The Ministry is looking for credible suppliers who have the capability and experience to deliver the SHF contract to a high quality, for best value for money and within the project timeframes. :
• Respondents are to show adequate capability to complete the project including the relevant trade qualifications and memberships, experience and track record in delivery of similar projects.
• Respondents are to show adequate capacity to complete the project including availability and sufficiency of resources including any sub trades.
• Respondents are able to show adequate compliance with the requirements of the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015
