Overview
The Ministry wants to rebuild a new fit for purpose technology building and to also demolish an existing Music Block. The Ministry is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced project management (PM) team to manage the construction of a new science and technology block. The PM services required include (but are not limited to):
a. Development of the project plan.
b. Management of:
• procurement of consultants
• the design process
• contract management as client representative
• project close-out
• stakeholder relationships
c. Procurement of the construction contractor
