Overview
There are four blocks at the Southern Cross campus which require differing levels of roof remediation. We are seeking experienced roofers to provide proposals to remediate the roofs, each block will be treated as a separable portion. The proposals to include the proposed solution, a detailed methodology for the works (with minimal disruption to the school as possible) and pricing.
The roof condition reports are as attached, note in the attached Hampton Jones Junior school report Block 2 has been listed at Block 3.
