The existing Te Manawa Auditorium building requires maintenance works to the existing roof claddings and removal and replacement of existing ceilings with new suspended ceilings in conjunction with partial refurbishment of internal wall linings, floor coverings and HVAC systems. This procurement is to establish and appoint a Main Contractor to complete the maintenance and refurbishment works using the MOE Construction Contract relating to the Project
