The Ministry of Education (the Ministry) is inviting Registrations of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced Main Contractor level construction companies for a project which involves the replacement of damaged cladding, reapplying a liquid applied membrane to a number of flat roofs, adjusting parapet gutters, specific water proofing treatments such as making good cracking and replacing decayed timber window sills, access scaffolding and underground drainage works at a school located in the Tauranga region.

The buildings are two storey classroom blocks (3 original Nelson buildings with infill extensions) and single storey relocatable. Membrane gutters and flat roofs have been treated previously with a liquid applied waterproof membrane finish. The cladding has been damaged from previous DT inspections.
