The Ministry of Education is inviting proposals for the supply of architectural design and construction monitoring services for a project at Remuera Intermediate School. The project involves the provision of six teaching spaces in a new two storey building and the conversion of one teaching space into an access route and breakout spaces. The project also includes the relocation of prefabricated classrooms at the school and removal from site at the end of the project.
