The Ministry of Education (the Ministry) is inviting Registrations of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced Main Contractor level construction companies for a project which involves the weathertightness remediation of a gym/action centre at a school located Tauranga.

The building is a combination of steel portal frame, light weight timber framing and structural frame. The roofs are a combination of factory finished metal roof sheets, trough section roof sheets and a membrane roof. The walls are finished externally with a combination of corrugated metal cladding and fibre cement cladding.
