Overview
The Ministry of Education (the Ministry) is inviting Registrations of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced Main Contractor level construction companies for a project which involves the weathertightness remediation of a classroom and admin building at a school located in Puketapu, Hawkes Bay.
The building single storey and comprises of light weight timber frame construction founded upon concrete block perimeter walls, foundations and a timber floor structure. The roofs are covered with factory painted corrugated metal and butyl rubber that discharge to internal membrane and external metal box gutters and downpipes.
