The objective of this procurement is to form a panel of up to five Architectural Design Consultants for the provision of architectural services. The selected panel members will be invited to submit proposals in a closed process for up to 20 Building Improvement Programme projects located in the Ministries Northern Region. This is the first non price stage to establish the panel.
