This Request for Proposal (RFP) invites proposals for the Targeted Assistance for Participation (TAP): low cost, high value funding stream. This funding stream provides grants and is limited to identified target areas within the Ministry of Education’s Wellington Region . TAP 3 grants will pay for all direct costs up to $100,000 (GST exclusive).
Since 2010, TAP funding has been provided to create new child places in target areas where the largest numbers of children are not participating in early childhood education (ECE). TAP funding consists of three funding streams: full funding (TAP 1), partial funding (TAP 2) and low-cost, high-value funding (TAP 3).
The maximum grant amount is $100,000 (GST exclusive) per proposal.
