The Ministry of Education (the Ministry) is inviting Registrations of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced Main Contractor level construction companies for a project which involves the weathertightness remediation of Hall building at a school located in New Plymouth region.
The building is all single storey and comprises of light weight timber frame construction. The roofs are predominantly covered with trapezoidal profile metal, and a small membrane roof, all discharging to external gutters.
