The Ministry of Education (the Ministry) is inviting Registrations of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to act as a Managing Contractor/Main Contractor to undertake the co-ordination of sub-contractors and provide sufficient resource to assist with the enabling works at Oxford Area School.

In summary the project will involve the following scope of works:
 -Demolition of a caretaker shed
 -Demolition of a single lean-to resource space
 -Demolition of covered walkways
 -Relocation of four classroom spaces
 -Co-ordinating sub-contractors for the construction of classroom foundations, shifting relocatable classrooms and new decks and ramps.
 -Co-ordinating service disconnections and new connections.
 -New paths and associated remedial works.
