The Ministry of Education (the Ministry) is inviting Registrations of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced Main Contractor level construction companies for a project which involves the weathertightness remediation of two classroom buildings at a school located in Napier. The buildings are single storey, light timber framed construction formed over a timber sub floor in the form of a prefab style with additional decks and ramps made to allow access into the building. Roof coverings comprise corrugate profiled steel with direct fixed fibre cement claddings.
