This RFP is an invitation to Respondents to submit a Proposal to the Crown for the role of Prime System Integrator for the Network Enabled Army Bushmaster C4I Integration Project (the C4I Project) contract opportunity. The C4I Project is described further in paragraph 3.1 of Part One and in Part Two (Statement of Requirements).

This RFP is an invitation and not an offer capable of acceptance by a Respondent. The RFP process will be governed by the Conditions of Proposal set out in section 5 of Part One. However, no binding contract (except as provided for in paragraph 5.22.1 of Part One) will arise in relation to the C4I Project unless and until a Contract is agreed in writing and signed by the Crown and the successful Respondent.

This RFP is made up of three parts, being:
(a) Part One: Instructions and Conditions of Proposal.
(b) Part Two: Statement of Requirements.
(c) Part Three: draft Contract, including a number of draft or completed Annexes.

Further Award Information:
Following the Request for Proposal for the supply and integration of Command, Control, Communications and Computing (C4) solutions issued on 28 September 2023 (Ref: RFP: 1-449-01), the Network Enabled Army Bushmaster C4 project, via the Ministry of Defence, advises that we have contracted with Luminact Pty Ltd to provide the NEA Bushmaster C4 solution.

These capabilities are due for delivery in 2028.
