The Invitation to Partner (ITP) process is intended to enable the Ministry to identify a shortlist of two suitability qualified parties capable of delivering medium density Housing developments in Christchurch.

The parties shortlisted from this ITP will then be invited to develop outline Development Proposals on the Projects identified with a view to then selecting the preferred Development Partner/s with whom contract negotiations will be progressed with.
