The All-of-Government (AoG) Banking Services Panel has been renewed for a further two years. New Zealand Government Procurement (NZGP) has initiated a Panel Refresh to provide new providers with an opportunity to join the panel for the contract period 1 July 2027 to 30 June 2029.

The Panel Refresh will be conducted in two stages:
• A Registration for Interest (ROI) - this stage
• A Request for Proposals (RFP) is intended to be released in October 2026 for shortlisted respondents.

Providers interested in this opportunity are now invited to register their interest.

The following areas are in scope of the new contract:
• Foreign Exchange Services
• Payment Services
• Card Services
• Non-core Transactional Banking Services (for Non-core Agencies)

The following areas are out of scope of the new contract:
• Core Crown Transactional Banking Services
• Offshore Banking (and associated services)
