This tender relates to the purchase of tools and databases used by the Intellectual Property Office of New Zealand (IPONZ) patent examiners to search technical subject matter in the examination of patent applications.
The key objective is to secure a contract or, if required to meet all search categories, multiple contracts with suppliers that best meet our patent searching and business needs for biotechnology and chemistry applications.
