We are seeking one or more independent Probity Auditor(s) to provide Probity Assurance across a range of projects in a 36-month pipeline. The Provider(s) will provide the following Probity Assurance services for each procurement process:
• Review and endorse the Evaluation Plan against the stated objectives and requirements of the RFP;
• Provide support and guidance during the moderation sessions aiding the sessions to run in a fair manner;
• Provide data assurance services (e.g. evaluation of master data sheets, checking validity of data)
• Provide assurance and endorsement of the Evaluation Report;
• Review and endorse the Negotiation Plan;
• Review the RFx process and outcome;
• Produce a Final Probity Report prior to any Contract Award;
• Other ad-hoc assurance support as agreed.
