Overview

Immigration New Zealand (INZ), a business group within the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE), is enhancing its visa processing capabilities by consolidating all application submissions and processing onto its strategic platform, ADEPT. As part of this initiative, INZ is looking to improve specific components of ADEPT - particularly the Form and Flow functionalities. This procurement will enable further enhancements to these areas, supporting more efficient and streamlined visa processing.

We are looking for innovative, modular, and cost-effective solutions that simplify the configuration and orchestration of visa application workflows and forms. The selected solution should support accelerated migration from legacy systems, offer sustainable licensing models, and improve operational agility through intuitive, no-code/low-code tools. AI-enhanced capabilities to support automation, migration, and analytics are also of interest.
