This is a unique opportunity to impact the labour market outcomes of Pacific communities – one of New Zealand’s fastest growing population groups. You will support Auckland-based Pacific workers to obtain higher paid, better quality employment outcomes and support businesses to lift productivity by effectively supporting and developing their Pacific workforce. Contracts to supply in-work training, brokerage and support services will be offered for an initial two years, which may extend for a further two years subject to performance and government priorities (i.e., 2 + 1 + 1 years).
The research workstream will provide the evidential foundation for Alo Vaka’s future workstreams and for Pacific labour market policies more generally. Please find the attached PDF file for more information.
