The Temporary Accommodation Service (TAS) branch within the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE) is seeking to appoint a Travel Management Service provider (TMS) to secure essential accommodation solutions for households displaced by civil defence-declared emergencies.
MBIE is looking for a TMS who has the capability, experience and agility to deliver accommodation services required under the unique pressures of emergency situations. The TMS will be the critical middle point between TAS and its accommodation providers. The TMS is responsible for ensuring the accommodation providers meet the criteria set out by TAS for displaced households.

Following a secondary procurement process off the All of Government Travel Management Services Panel, FCM were selected as the preferred respondent. Actual spend under the contract is relative to TAS activation and the scale of the event being responded to.
