Overview
The Ministry is seeking a reliable, competent HVAC systems maintenance and servicing organisation for Te Āhuru Mōwai o Aotearoa – Māngere Refugee Resettlement Centre (TAMA) which provides a comprehensive reception programme to introduce newly arrived refugees into life and work in New Zealand.
We require a regular maintenance service for heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment across the site, maintaining the systems to a satisfactory level whilst enhancing the overall experience of the residents and staff that occupy the site. This will involve regular servicing and maintenance of a number of units across multiple buildings.
