This Registration of Interest (ROI) relates to the procurement of a main contractor for the hard fit out works forming MBIE’s 727 Cameron Road Tauranga project. This project is being led by MBIE’s Property Projects Team.
The main contractor will provide construction services to fit out MBIE’s new and soon to be improved tenancy, in accordance with the design documentation, to the required standards and quality, and within the stipulated timeframes and budget available.
