NZGP are undertaking a solution redesign and panel refresh of the All-of-Government External Legal Services (ELS) panel, with the intent of launching a new solution before the expiry of the current contract in September 2023. (https://www.procurement.govt.nz/contracts/external-legal-services/)
The purpose of this RFI is to understand how the current market is performing and how it may have changed throughout the term of the current contract, and understand the market's public value offerings, technological advancements, and alternate delivery models.
NZGP are interested in hearing from both current panel providers and providers that are not currently on the panel. There are two different response forms to reflect this, so please respond to the correct form when submitting a response.
