Currently NZGP has an All-of-Government (AoG) External Recruitment Services (ERS) Panel, which is due to expire 19 September 2023 (https://www.procurement.govt.nz/contracts/external-recruitment-services/). We would like to understand how the market is performing and how it may have changed throughout the term of the current contract.
The purpose of this RFI is to invite suitably qualified and experienced Providers to respond with helpful information to inform NZGP’s direction regarding the External Recruitment Services Panel contract expiring 19 September 2023.
We are seeking respondents who are able to provide recruitment services. We are looking for both current Panel and non-Panel providers to respond, using their respective forms attached to this tender.
We wish to determine what the current market looks like, especially in the current Covid-19 environment. The more information we can use to create an accurate picture of the market, the better the opportunity will be for Providers if the decision is to refresh the External Recruitment Services Panel.
This is a great opportunity to tell NZGP a bit about your organisation, how you operate, what your specialist areas are and how you fit in the current market. This will help us through our planning phase and help steer us in the right direction to improve the External Recruitment Services Panel and the value it offers to eligible government agencies.
