MBIE is seeking to engage an agency to deliver a Ministry-wide Business Impact Analysis (BIA) to identify business continuity requirements of each MBIE organisational unit, providing information to determine the most appropriate continuity solutions.
The last organisation-wide BIA was conducted in 2014. This was followed by a high level review in 2016 in lieu of a full BIA. MBIE has seen significant changes and growth since the last full BIA implementation, thus a review of the current Business Continuity Program and Plans is overdue.
What’s important to us:
MBIE is looking for credible providers who have the capability, experience, and capacity to deliver a full Business Impact Analysis across the entire MBIE business. Each provider must meet all the pre-conditions provided in Section 3.
Please be aware that this is a closed procurement process to providers on the Consultancy Services Panel.
Why should you bid?
The Government’s economic vision is to improve the wellbeing and living standards of New Zealanders by building a productive, sustainable and inclusive economy. MBIE plays a central role in shaping and delivering this economic vison. MBIE’s commitment is to put the wellbeing of our people and the health of our environment at the heart of our thinking so that all New Zealanders, now and in future generations, benefit from growth.
Committed to serving its purpose, MBIE is always prepared to address all the challenges that come its way and assures New Zealand a solid institution that is able to continue its service in the face of any disruption.
Helping MBIE maintain a robust and resilient institution is a unique opportunity to be part of realizing the country’s economic vision.
