This procurement process will allow MBIE to select a provider that can:
• As a one-off migration, transcribe the existing 2.2-2.4 PB (estimated) of seismic field data records held on media into MBIE’s Azure tenancy within ERM’s data platform, along with a survey-level QA/QC process and metadata extraction to facilitate ongoing management of the collection;
• As an ongoing service, to handle new submitted data, to receive, QA/QC and upload new data to MBIE’s Azure tenancy; and
• As an ongoing service, to supply data from Azure to client requesters in physical format (e.g. on tape or via physical media e.g. Azure Data Boxes), while handling payments or cost recovery from requesters.
