This request for proposal relates to the procurement for the Lead Architect for the Ground Floor, 162 VSW Project in Auckland.
The lead architect will provide design services for MBIE’s new tenancy in accordance with the design documentation, to the required standards and quality, and within the stipulated timeframes and budgets available.

The Ministry is looking for credible providers with capability and experience. They need to have experience delivering similar projects successfully within tight project timeframes along with the capacity to meet the deadlines outlined by MBIE. It is important that the provider is willing to work with us, and with our consultants, to achieve a successful outcome.
