Overview

This procurement relates to the purchase of workshop delivery for three workshop topics for MBIE’s Te Kākano –Aspiring Leaders Programme (ALP).
We are seeking high quality solutions that are tailored to MBIE and offer the best value for money as well as flexibility in the format and location of delivery. We are expecting the successful respondent to deliver either full day face-to-face workshops in Wellington or virtually depending on MBIE’s needs. Depending on demand, there is also the possibility of the delivery of ALP in other New Zealand regions.
Respondents are expected to propose solutions for each of the three workshop topics relating to the State Services Commission (SSC) Leadership Success Profile (LSP) indicators of leadership potential:

• Self-Aware & Agile
• Engaging Others
