Employment Mediation Services are specialist employment mediation and dispute resolution services provided by the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE) as part of its obligations under the Employment Relations Act 2000 (the ERA Act).
MBIE is looking to engage highly capable professional mediators experienced in employment matters to support the high quality service already provided by its experienced in-house mediators. These mediators will be providing services in the Napier and/or Nelson/Marlborough regions. This is an opportunity to further broaden your professional mediation development through being part of a function that is recognised for its expertise in employment matters. You will gain access to the collective knowledge and extensive practice experience of a pool of professional mediators. MBIE is committed to building the overall capability and capacity of employment mediation services and this is an opportunity to add to your professional development in this area.
