In December 2011 the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE), through its predecessor the Ministry of Economic Development, implemented an All-of-Government (AoG) solution for external legal services. The external legal services solution is due to expire in December 2017 and we intend to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) in May 2017 for a replacement solution.

The RFP will be released through the Government Electronic Tender Service (GETS). Providers of external legal services wishing to be kept informed should be registered with a GETS account and subscribe to receive notification of tenders.
Full details of the scope of services will be included in the RFP.
