Employment Mediation Services are specialist employment mediation and dispute resolution services provided by the Ministry of Business Innovation and Employment (MBIE) Resolution Services team as part of its obligations under the Employment Relations Act 2000 (the ERA Act). MBIE is looking to engage highly capable professional mediators experienced in employment matters to support the high quality service already provided by its experienced in-house mediators. We are looking for responses from both individuals and organisations that provide mediation services. In all cases it is the expertise and qualities of the individual mediator that are critical to the overall delivery of the service.
