The Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (the Ministry) is looking to undertake an office fit out on a new floor within an existing building in Palmerston North. In addition to the full office fit out, there are also two smaller pieces of remediation work, which will also be undertaken as part of this overall opportunity in Palmerston North.

The Ministry will be seeking a supplier to undertake work based upon approved plans, which have been designed on behalf of the Ministry. The selected vendor will be expected to undertake and manage the construction and fit out aspects of the project on the Ministry’s behalf, and provide the skills and expertise for a successful implementation to create the desired working environment.
