The Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE) is seeking proposals from organisations interested in supplying an Information Technology solution for our Insolvency and Trustee Service group.The Insolvency and Trustee Service group is a business unit of MBIE.
The primary functions of ITS are:
• Administration of personal insolvency (including bankruptcy, no asset procedures, and summary instalment orders) and compulsory company liquidations
• Payment to claimants of dividends distributed from the insolvent estates
• Taking enforcement action against bankrupts and directors of insolvent companies
• Administration of assets under criminal proceeds legislation.
