The Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (the Ministry) is seeking proposals from parties capable of delivering a Total Facilities Management (TFM) service, encompassing both hard and soft FM services, for the new purpose built refugee resettlement facilities at the Mangere Refugee Resettlement Centre (MRRC) which is due to become operational from the 1st July 2016.

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select a preferred supplier and award a contract to set up and deliver the operational TFM service.
