Advance Notice: LINZ to begin procurement for management of property portfolio
Toitū Te Whenua Land Information New Zealand (LINZ) will shortly be going to the market seeking a supplier or suppliers to help manage its significant property portfolio.
On behalf of the Crown LINZ manages approximately 8,000 properties spread across New Zealand, including 1,000 on behalf of other government agencies. We are seeking experienced and capable partner(s) to support the ongoing maintenance of these assets and the tenancies of our residential customers. We are also seeking to make more effective use of our asset management data allowing us to make better and more informed future management decisions.
LINZ has issued an Advance Notice on GETS to inform suppliers of the upcoming Registration of Interest (ROI) for the following services:
1. Property Asset Management Software (PAMS).
2. Residential Tenancy Services (RTS).
3. Facilities Management Services (FMS).
Subject to internal approvals, the likely release of the ROI will be mid-late July 2022. This opportunity will be advertised on GETS.
Following evaluation of applications to the ROI a short-list of suppliers will be invited to provide proposals / tender for one or more of the opportunities listed.
No information is being asked for at this time but in subscribing to the notice on GETS suppliers will be automatically notified when the ROI is released.

Please note that where we assess the response may benefit other respondents then we will post the question and response on GETS.
