Advance Notice only. KiwiRail intends to release a Request for Tender (RFT) in April/May 2026 for construction of a new two‑lane road‑over‑rail bridge on Dublin Street, Picton, replacing the level crossing. Participation is limited to the KiwiRail Physical Works Supplier Panel (Civil & Structure). Please refer to the attached Advance Notice for details.

This notice is not a formal notice of procurement, does not constitute a commitment to proceed, and does not initiate any formal procurement process. This notice is being issued in advance to allow Panel members time to prepare and assess their capability, availability and resourcing ahead of the RFT being released. Panel members are not required to respond to this advance notice or register their interest. All questions regarding project scope, requirements and contract terms should be raised through GETS once the RFT is released.
