KiwiRail Holdings Limited ("KiwiRail") invites interested parties to register their interest (“ROI”) in submitting offers to purchase surplus assets owned by KiwiRail ("the Goods"), as part of the wind-down of the iRex project.
The ROI process aims to shortlist potential buyers for the assets disposal and resale. While it is KiwiRail's intention to dispose of and sell the assets through this process, KiwiRail reserves the right to do so, or not, as detailed further in Section 6.1 of this ROI document.
