KiwiRail Limited ("KiwiRail") invites external organisations to submit their proposals to procure the Services of a Technical Writer to review all KiwiRail Maintenance Documents.

Following the evaluation of RFP Responses, KiwiRail may:

 Enter negotiations with shortlisted Respondent(s); and/or

 Invite shortlisted Respondents to take part in a further procurement process; or conclude the process without awarding any contracts.

No Winner We would like to advise all Respondents that KiwiRail is regrettably unable to award this contract out of this procurement process as all submissions are above the initial estimated budget; therefore, proceeding with no contract award.
