Request for Proposal Scope

The Procedures and Standards workstream supports the Auckland Metro Transformation Program (AMTP) key objectives to prepare the Auckland Metro Rail Network (AMRN) for “Day 1 of City Rail Link (CRL)”, that is, the start of increased passenger train services that will occur when the CRL starts operation, and to deliver the appropriate documentation to support operations and establish maintenance practices that are sustainable and support asset performance objectives into the future.

Requirement

KiwiRail wishes to engage up to three consultants to obtain technical writing and process facilitation/support for the Standards & Procedures workstream of the AMTP. The Standards & Procedures workstream is to review KiwiRail operations and maintenance documentation relevant to the CRL and Auckland Metro network in conjunction with Link Alliance. Using inputs from Link Alliance, KiwiRail, and external subject matter experts (SME), to provide a fit for purpose suite of Operations & Maintenance (O&M) documentation appropriate for the post CRL Auckland Metro network.
