Overview

Requirements:
KiwiRail, supported by Auckland Transport (AT), is looking to engage one (1) lead consultant, (either from a single multi-disciplinary firm, or, from a lead consultant working in association with other specialist disciplines) who will partner with them to deliver the design and associated activities for the Southern Stations project.
The selected consultant will build on the existing concept designs completed for the stations, initially to support the current designations and resource consent process being delivered by the Supporting Growth Alliance, and progressing the design to a stage suitable for tendering the construction phase work.
KiwiRail is seeking a consultant team who have a demonstrated track record in working well together, and collaborating well with clients and stakeholders to successfully deliver multi-disciplinary design packages for rail infrastructure and stations in an operational urban rail environment.
This includes demonstrating a commitment to Zero Harm and prioritising sustainability outcomes through design, while taking into account whole of life costs and the potential adverse impacts of both construction and operations.
