Overview
The purpose of this EOI is to identify a shortlist of Main Contractors who are capable of safely and cost-effectively constructing a building which meets the quality standards of the project and who are able to deliver the building in time for commissioning during May 2020.
This EOI is issued by KiwiRail through its Capital Projects and Asset Development business operation for the purpose of identifying possible main contractors to build a new maintenance and servicing facility at the Te Rapa rail yard. The new building will be approximately 80 metres in length and 10m in width housing facilities to maintain passenger carriages.
