KiwiRail is a state-owned enterprise which owns and operates New Zealand’s rail transportation network and the between-island ferry service, Interislander. KiwiRail conducts business in the area of logistics, shipping, infrastructure, rolling stock, property and tourism experiences.

Kiwirail’s tourism experiences are under the brand ‘Great Journeys of New Zealand’ and comprise of three long-distance passenger train services – TranzAlpine, Coastal Pacific and Northern Explorer; and the between-island ferry service, Interislander.

This EOI is issued by KiwiRail through its Tourism business operation for the purpose of sourcing a Reservation System for Great Journeys RAIL business.

This EOI process is intended to ascertain and shortlist suppliers capable of responding to a Request of Proposal.
