The purpose of this Request for Tender (RFT) is to invite interested parties to submit their tenders for the demolition of five existing buildings in the Wellington Region, this also includes the associated removal of asbestos materials and contaminated land, capping off and retention of site services infrastructure routes and removal of all foundations, footings, sumps, piles and subsurface elements.
